SMS Messaging Terms — StudioEventFlow
StudioEventFlow, a product of Fotoflow, LLC, sends text messages to photography studio staff members as part of studio operations. These messages are transactional and operational in nature — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
What messages you'll receive. If your studio uses StudioEventFlow and you are a staff member, you may receive text messages about event assignments, schedule changes, shift confirmations, and other work-related notifications sent by your studio through the platform.
How you opt in. You receive text messages only after your mobile number is associated with your StudioEventFlow staff profile and your consent has been recorded. This happens one of two ways: (1) you add your own mobile number to your profile and agree to the SMS notice shown at that time, or (2) your studio administrator adds your number, in which case you must confirm a verification code sent to your phone before any messages are sent. No operational text messages are sent unless your consent is on record.
Message frequency varies based on your studio's event schedule. A typical staff member receives a few messages per event they are assigned to.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from StudioEventFlow. You may also ask your studio administrator to remove your mobile number from your staff profile. After opting out, you will no longer receive work notifications by text — coordinate with your studio about alternative communication.

Privacy. Your mobile number is used only to deliver the notifications described above. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
